The Arun

Starter

  • Sweet potato, roast red pepper and coriander terrine with parmesan tuile and rocket pesto
  • Served with a selection of breads

Main course

  • Breast of chicken, crispy Parma ham, tarragon, leek and lemon cream sauce, bashed new potato and roast vegetables with cumin

Pudding

  • Dark chocolate torte with a hint of chilli, caramelised ginger and mint salsa
  • Tea and Coffee with petit fours

Amuse Bouche

  • Warm wild mushroom tartlet with truffle oil, tarragon foam

Starter

  • Three tomato salad, garnished with edible flowers and cheese shortbread sticks

Fish Course

  • Selsey crab and lemon beignet, sea vegetables with creamy lobster bisque

Refresher

  • Lemon sorbet with sweet chilli sauce

Main course

  • Slow cooked shoulder of lamb and sundried tomato crust, canon of lamb (pink), roast garlic and rosemary puree potato, green beans wrapped in smoked bacon

Cheese

  • Goodwood organic Molecomb Blue and Mature Charlton, served with handmade oatcakes, pear and red onion relish

Pudding

  • Chocolate olive oil cake with a hint of chilli, caramelised ginger and mint salsa
