Main Courses
- Roast Norfolk turkey with chipolatas wrapped in streaky bacon, sage and onion stuffing, buttered sprouts, carrots and roast potato, served with rich gravy and cranberry sauce
- Escalope of turkey, filled with lemon and cranberry sausage meat and wrapped in smoked bacon, with buttered sprouts, carrots and roast potato, served with rich gravy
- Breast of Guinea fowl, with thighs stuffed with chorizo and mushroom finished with oregano parmintier potato and carrot and parsnip puree
- Moroccan style salmon, piquant creamy tomato sauce, lemon and roast red onion cous cous, green beans wrapped with leek
- Roast winter vegetable risotto strudel with red onion jus, green beans wrapped in leek
- Aubergine cannelloni with smoked paprika tomato sauce with sauté green vegetables
- Potato and celeriac rosti topped with portabella mushroom and chestnut pesto, wilted spinach and roast carrots in orange
- Venison sausages with horseradish mash, red onion and port gravy and bowls of rocket with roast tomato
