  • Whole leg of lamb marinated with rosemary, garlic and olive oil, cooked on a slow BBQ
  • Whole strip loin of beef rubbed with sea salt cooked pink on a slow BBQ
  • Roast vegetables basil and halloumi cheese barbequed in foil bag
  • Fillet of side of salmon with fennel and dill cooked in a foil bag
  • Rocket with caramelised pear
  • Coleslaw with madras
  • Greek salad
  • New potato salad with chive and lemon sour cream dressing
  • Selection of bread

  • Pudding
  • Eton mess
  • Lemon trifle with lemon liquor

BBQ Menu 2

  • Pork and leek sausages glazed with sweet chilli sauce
  • Seafood and red onion kebab brushed with garlic butter
  • Chicken breast marinated in lime, ginger and coriander
  • Mediterranean vegetable and tofu sticks with lemon and basil oil marinade
  • Mixed leaf salad with roast sunflower
  • Waldorf salad
  • Three tomato and oregano salad
  • Minted potato salad
  • French stick
